1. Understanding the 3-Way Rocker Switch:

   • "OFF": This position completely cuts power to the connected tool. Always switch to "OFF" when not in use or before disconnecting.
   • "FULL": In this position, the connected tool receives full line voltage, bypassing the variable speed control. The tool will operate at its maximum speed.
2. Adjusting Speed with the Dial: When the rocker switch is in the "VAR" position, rotate the large black dial to adjust the motor speed.
