2. Installazione e assemblaggio

2.1 Disimballaggio e ispezione

Carefully remove the chain saw and all components from the packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage. If any damage is found, do not operate the unit and contact your dealer.

2.2 Installazione della barra e della catena

2. Remove the chain cover nuts and chain cover.

Fill the fuel tank and chain oil reservoir, ensuring not to overfill. Wipe up any spills immediately.

3. Istruzioni per l'uso

3.1 Avviamento del motore (avviamento a freddo)

1. Posizionare la motosega su una superficie piana e solida. Assicurarsi che il freno della catena sia inserito.
2. Press the purge bulb several times until fuel is visible in the return line.
3. Spostare la leva dell'aria in posizione FULL CHOKE.
4. Pull the starter handle firmly and quickly until the engine fires (usually 1-3 pulls). Do not pull the rope to its full extension.
5. Once the engine fires, move the choke lever to the HALF CHOKE position.
6. Tirare nuovamente la maniglia di avviamento finché il motore non si avvia e non gira.
7. Once the engine is running, move the choke lever to the RUN position. Allow the engine to warm up for a few moments.
8. Disinserire il freno della catena prima di iniziare le operazioni di taglio.

3.2 Avviamento del motore (avviamento a caldo)

Always maintain a firm grip with both hands on the chain saw handles. Stand with your feet apart for balance. Avoid cutting with the tip of the guide bar to prevent kickback.

• Controtendenza: Cut a fallen log into sections. Be aware of tension and compression in the wood to avoid pinching the bar.
