• Use only with compatible magnetic cookware (e.g., cast iron, magnetic stainless steel). Non-magnetic materials like glass, ceramic, aluminum, or copper will not work.
• Ensure the power outlet is a 120V, 20A dedicated circuit to support the 1800W power output. Using an inadequate circuit may cause tripping or damage.
• The cooktop surface remains hot after use due to residual heat from the cookware. Avoid touching the surface immediately after cooking.
• Do not immerse the cooktop in water or any other liquid. Avoid spills on the control panel or heating surface, especially near electrical components.
• Utilize the Child Lock function to prevent accidental operation.
• The unit features automatic shut-off if no compatible cookware is detected or if overheating occurs.

3. Impostazione

1. Disimballare: Rimuovere con attenzione tutti i componenti dalla confezione.
2. Posizionamento: Place the induction cooktop on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
3. Collegamento elettrico: Collegare il piano cottura a una presa elettrica standard da 120 V, 20 A.
4. Cookware Test: Use the provided magnet sticker to test your cookware. If the magnet sticks firmly to the bottom of your pot or pan, it is compatible with the induction cooktop.

4. Istruzioni per l'uso

4.1 Funzionamento di base

1. Place compatible cookware containing food or liquid on the center of the cooktop.
2. Premere il tasto ACCESO/SPENTO button to power on the unit. The LED display will illuminate.
3. Select your desired cooking mode (Power or Temperature) using the MODALITÀ pulsante.
4. Adjust settings using the + E - pulsanti.
5. Per disattivare, premere il pulsante ACCESO/SPENTO di nuovo il pulsante.

4.2 Impostazioni di potenza e temperatura

• Livelli di potenza: Choose from 8 preset power levels (300W, 500W, 700W, 1000W, 1200W, 1400W, 1600W, 1800W).
• Livelli di temperatura: Select from 8 preset temperature levels (150°F, 200°F, 260°F, 300°F, 350°F, 400°F, 425°F, 450°F).
• These settings are suitable for various cooking methods including frying, searing, braising, stewing, steaming, boiling, and slow cooking.

4.3 Funzione timer

• Premere il tasto TEMPO (min) pulsante per attivare il timer.
• Utilizzare il + E - buttons to set the desired cooking duration, up to a maximum of 3 hours.
• Il piano cottura si spegnerà automaticamente allo scadere del timer.

4.4 Funzione blocco bambini

• Premere il tasto SERRATURA button to engage the child lock. This prevents accidental changes to settings or powering on/off.
• Per disattivare, tenere premuto il tasto SERRATURA pulsante finché la spia non si spegne.

5. Pulizia e manutenzione

• Prima di pulire il piano cottura, staccare sempre la spina e lasciarlo raffreddare completamente.
• Pulire la superficie in vetroceramica con adamp panno e detergente delicato. Evitare detergenti abrasivi o pagliette.
• For stubborn stains, use a ceramic cooktop cleaner.
• Pulire l'involucro esterno con un panno morbido eamp cloth. Do not allow water to enter the internal components.
• The included stainless steel pot is dishwasher safe.
