Impostare

1. Installazione della batteria

The KT-E03 remote requires two AAA batteries (not included). To install:

2. Code Setup (Pairing with your AC Unit)

The KT-E03 offers two methods for finding the correct code for your AC unit: Manual Code Entry and Automatic Search.

Method A: Manual Code Entry (Recommended if your brand code is known)

Refer to the included code list (often found on the packaging or a separate sheet, or as shown in Figure 4) to find the code(s) corresponding to your AC brand.

1. Turn on your mini split AC unit manually.
2. Press and hold the 'SET' button on the remote until the code on the LCD display starts flashing.
3. Use the 'TEMP+' or 'TEMP-' buttons to input the 3-digit code for your AC brand.
4. Point the remote at your AC unit and press the 'ENTER' button. The AC unit should beep, indicating successful pairing.
5. Test basic functions (Power, Mode, Temp) to confirm the code works correctly. If not, try the next code for your brand or proceed to Method B.

Method B: Automatic Search (For unknown codes or brands not listed)

This method cycles through all 4000 codes until a compatible one is found.

1. Ensure your mini split AC unit is turned on.
2. Point the remote at your AC unit.
3. Press and hold the 'SET' button for approximately 6 seconds. The code on the LCD display will start flashing and automatically increment.
4. The remote will begin transmitting codes. When your AC unit responds (e.g., turns off, beeps, or changes mode), immediately release the 'SET' button.
5. Test basic functions (Power, Mode, Temp) to confirm the code works correctly. If the AC unit does not respond or stops responding, repeat the process.

Basic Functions (Visible Buttons)

• ENERGIA: Turns the AC unit on or off.

Manutenzione

Sostituzione della batteria

Replace batteries when the remote's display becomes dim or the remote becomes unresponsive. Always replace both batteries at the same time with new AAA alkaline batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries or different types of batteries.
