Introduzione

The Samsonite Electronic Luggage Scale (Model 61338-1041) is designed to provide accurate weight measurements for your luggage, helping you avoid unexpected overweight baggage fees. This compact and portable device features a digital LCD display, a comfortable grip handle, an adjustable strap, and a built-in tape measure for convenience. Impostare

1. Installazione della batteria

1. Individuare il vano batterie sul retro della bilancia.

2. Accensione/spegnimento

1. Weighing Luggage

1. Ensure the scale is powered on and set to your preferred unit of measurement.
2. Attach the metal hook at the bottom of the scale to the handle of your luggage. Ensure the luggage is securely attached.
3. Lift the scale by its comfort-grip handle, holding it steady and allowing the luggage to hang freely.
4. Wait for the weight reading to stabilize on the LCD display. The display will typically lock the reading once stable.
5. Lower the luggage and detach it from the hook.

2. Funzione Tara

• The tare function allows you to weigh items in a container without including the container's weight.
• Attach an empty container (e.g., a bag or basket) to the scale's hook.

• Place the items you wish to weigh into the container. The display will show only the weight of the items.

3. Using the Built-in Tape Measure

• The scale includes a retractable tape measure (Max length 31.5 inches) for checking luggage dimensions.

• Measure the dimensions of your luggage as needed.
• Press the button on the side of the scale to retract the tape measure.

Manutenzione

• Sostituzione della batteria: Replace batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the display. Always replace both batteries simultaneously with new AAA batteries.

Risoluzione dei problemi

• Letture imprecise: Ensure the scale is held steady and the luggage is not touching the ground or any other surface during weighing. Recalibrate by turning off and on, or by using the tare function with no weight.
• Weight limit exceeded: If the display shows an overload indicator, the luggage weight exceeds the 80 lb (36 kg) capacity. Remove items to reduce the weight.
