2. Configurazione e installazione

This section provides general guidelines for installing components into your Cooler Master CMP 351 Cabinet. Always refer to the specific manuals for your motherboard, power supply, and other components for detailed installation instructions.

2.4 Drive Installation (HDD/SSD/Optical)

  • Install 3.5-inch hard drives into the designated drive bays. Secure them with screws or tool-less mechanisms if available.
  • Install 2.5-inch SSDs into dedicated SSD mounts or use adapters for 3.5-inch bays.
  • Install 5.25-inch optical drives into the front bays, securing them from the side.
  • Connect SATA data cables from your motherboard to each drive.

  3. Press the power button on the front panel of the cabinet to start your computer. The blue LED stripe on the front panel will illuminate, and the power LED will indicate the system's status.
  4. To shut down the computer, use the operating system's shutdown procedure.
  5. In case of an unresponsive system, press and hold the power button for several seconds to force a shutdown, or press the reset button for a system restart.

The cabinet's grill design and pre-installed 120mm rear fan are designed to provide optimal airflow. Ensure that the side panel vents are not obstructed to maintain proper cooling performance.
