5. Impostazione

1. Carica il dispositivo: Connect the power adapter to the device and a suitable power outlet. Allow the device to fully charge before first use.
2. Collegare i cavi degli elettrodi: Insert the electrode cables into the designated ports on the electrostimulator unit.
3. Collegare gli elettrodi: Connect the self-adhesive electrodes to the ends of the electrode cables. Ensure a secure connection.

Increase the intensity until you feel a comfortable, strong muscle contraction or a tingling sensation for TENS programs. Avoid setting the intensity too high, which could cause discomfort or pain.

6.4 Durata della sessione

Each program has a pre-set duration. The device will automatically stop when the session is complete. You can manually stop a session by pressing the FERMARE or ENERGIA pulsante.
