Determining Cooling Capacity
To ensure efficient cooling, select an air conditioner with the appropriate BTU capacity for your room size. Refer to the table below for guidance.

Modalità operative

Manutenzione
Pulizia del filtro dell'aria
Regular cleaning of the air filter is essential for optimal performance and air quality. The filter is removable and washable.

- Aprire il pannello frontale del condizionatore.
- Estrarre delicatamente il filtro dell'aria.
- Lavare il filtro con acqua calda e sapone. Risciacquare abbondantemente.
- Lasciare asciugare completamente il filtro all'aria prima di reinserirlo.
- Reinstallare il filtro asciutto e chiudere il pannello frontale.
Si consiglia di pulire il filtro ogni due settimane o più frequentemente, a seconda dell'utilizzo e della qualità dell'aria.
Risoluzione dei problemi
If your air conditioner is not operating correctly, please check the following common issues before contacting customer support.
- L'unità non si accende: Assicurarsi che il cavo di alimentazione sia collegato saldamente a una presa elettrica funzionante. Controllare l'interruttore automatico.
- Unit is not cooling: Verify the temperature setting is lower than the room temperature. Check if the air filter is clean and not obstructed. Ensure windows and doors are closed.
