Istruzioni per l'uso
1. Preparazione di un vetrino portacampione
- Per Diapositive preparate: Simply place a prepared slide onto the stage.
- Per Diapositive vuote: Use the provided tools (pipette, tweezers, scalpel) to place a small, thin specimen onto a blank slide. Add a drop of water if necessary, and cover with a coverslip.
2. Placing the Slide
Place the prepared slide onto the microscope stage. Usa la stage clips to secure the slide in place.

4. Selecting Magnification
Rotate the revolving nosepiece to select an objective lens. Start with the lowest magnification (e.g., 120X) to locate your specimen, then switch to higher magnifications as needed. The total magnification is the eyepiece magnification multiplied by the objective lens magnification.
- Available Magnifications: 120X, 240X, 300X, 480X, 600X, 1200X.
5. Messa a fuoco
- Guarda attraverso l'oculare.
- Slowly turn the coarse focus knob to bring the specimen into approximate focus.
- Utilizzare la manopola di messa a fuoco fine per una messa a fuoco precisa e per ottenere un'immagine nitida.
