Before first use, perform the following steps to ensure proper operation and safety.

  1. Disimballaggio: Carefully remove the floor jack from its packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage.
  2. Assemblaggio maniglia: Insert the handle into the handle socket on the jack. Ensure it is securely seated.

    • Pump the handle rapidly 10-15 times without a load.
    • Ruotare la maniglia in senso orario per chiudere la valvola di rilascio.

Istruzioni per l'uso

Follow these steps for safe and effective use of your floor jack.

  1. Preparare il veicolo: Parcheggiare il veicolo su una superficie dura e piana. Inserire il freno di stazionamento e posizionare i cunei sulle ruote che rimarranno a terra.
  2. Posizionare il Jack: Locate the vehicle's manufacturer-recommended lifting points. Position the jack saddle directly under the lifting point. The jack's ultra-low 2.95 inch (75mm) entry point is ideal for lower body frame cars, while its high lift range up to 19.68 inches (500mm) accommodates pickups and SUVs.
  3. Sollevare il veicolo: Turn the handle clockwise until the release valve is fully closed. Pump the handle to raise the vehicle. Lift the vehicle only high enough to place jack stands.
  4. Fissare con i cavalletti: Once the vehicle is at the desired height, immediately place appropriately rated jack stands under the vehicle's designated support points.
  5. Lower the Jack: Slowly turn the handle counter-clockwise to open the release valve and lower the jack until the vehicle rests securely on the jack stands. Remove the floor jack.
  6. Remove Jack Stands and Lower Vehicle: When work is complete, raise the vehicle slightly with the floor jack to remove the jack stands. Then, slowly turn the handle counter-clockwise to lower the vehicle completely to the ground. Remove the floor jack and wheel chocks.

Manutenzione

Una manutenzione regolare garantisce la longevità e il funzionamento sicuro del vostro cric da pavimento.

  • Lubrificazione: Periodically lubricate all moving parts, including the pivot points and casters, with light machine oil.
  • Fluido idraulico: Check the hydraulic fluid level regularly. If low, add high-quality hydraulic jack oil. Do not use brake fluid or other non-approved fluids.
  • Pulizia: Keep the jack clean and free of dirt, grease, and corrosive materials.
  • Release Valve Threads: If the release valve becomes stiff or causes the jack to lower too quickly, apply a small amount of oil to the threads of the release valve mechanism. This can help ensure a smooth and controlled lowering action.
  • Magazzinaggio: Conservare il cric in un luogo pulito e asciutto, con il pistone completamente retratto, per prevenire la corrosione e prolungare la durata della guarnizione.
