1. Introduzione

3.1 Componenti

1. Sensor Cover: Protects the high-precision digital sensor.
2. Schermo LCD: Shows temperature, humidity, and other readings.
3. Power Switch Key (Red Button): Accende e spegne il dispositivo.
4. DP/WB ℃/℉ Button (Orange Button, Left): Cycles through Dew Point, Wet Bulb, and switches between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
5. MAX/MIN Button (Orange Button, Top Right): Visualizza i valori massimi e minimi registrati.
6. HOLD / Backlight Button (Orange Button, Bottom Right): Activates data hold function and turns the backlight on/off.

4. Impostazione

4.1 Installazione della batteria

The device requires batteries for operation. Follow these steps to install them:

1. Individuare il coperchio del vano batteria sul retro del dispositivo.
2. Slide the cover downwards or lift the latch to open the compartment.
3. Insert the required batteries (typically 9V, not included) according to the polarity indicators (+/-) inside the compartment.
4. Chiudere saldamente il coperchio del vano batteria finché non scatta in posizione.

5. Istruzioni per l'uso

5.1 Accensione/spegnimento

• Per accendere il dispositivo, premere il red Power Switch Key.
• Per spegnere il dispositivo, tieni premuto il pulsante red Power Switch Key for a few seconds until the display turns off. The device also features an auto power-off function to save battery.

5.2 Modalità di misurazione

Upon powering on, the device will typically display environmental temperature and relative humidity. To cycle through other measurement modes:

• Premere il tasto DP/WB ℃/℉ button to switch between displaying Dew Point Temperature and Wet Bulb Temperature.

5.3 Unit Switching (℃/℉)

To switch the temperature unit between Celsius (℃) and Fahrenheit (℉):

• Premere e tenere premuto il tasto DP/WB ℃/℉ button for approximately 2 seconds. The unit on the display will change.

5.4 Funzione di conservazione dei dati

Per congelare le letture correnti sul display:

• Premere il tasto Pulsante HOLD. The "HOLD" indicator will appear on the LCD.

• Premere il tasto Pulsante MAX/MIN a third time to return to live readings.

The LCD display features a backlight for improved visibility in low-light conditions:

6. Manutenzione

6.1 Pulizia

• Ensure no liquid enters the sensor area or other openings.

6.2 Cura del sensore

The sensor is a delicate component. Handle it with care:

• Keep the sensor cover in place when not in use to protect the sensor from dust and physical damage.
• If necessary, gently remove the metal probe cover for inspection or light cleaning of the sensor area, as shown in Figure 6.1. Avoid touching the sensor directly.

6.3 Conservazione

When storing the device for extended periods:

• Remove the batteries to prevent leakage and potential damage to the device.
