1. Inspect the Regulator: Ensure all components are present and undamaged. Verify the presence of the inlet screened filter.

Once installed and the pressure is set, the regulator will maintain the outgoing water pressure at your desired level. The pressure gauge provides continuous monitoring of the regulated pressure. It is recommended to periodically check the gauge to ensure the pressure remains stable, especially after initial setup or if you notice changes in water flow.

The adjustment screw allows for fine-tuning the pressure as needed. Always make small adjustments and observe the gauge to avoid over-pressurizing your system.

• Clean the Inlet Screened Filter: The regulator includes an inlet screened filter to prevent sediment. Periodically check and clean this filter to ensure optimal water flow and prevent clogging.
• Inspect Gaskets and O-rings: Regularly inspect the gaskets and O-rings for wear or damage. Gasket failure or missing gaskets can cause leakage. Replace them if necessary to maintain a watertight seal. Applying a food-grade lubricant to O-rings can help ensure a good seal and extend their lifespan.
• Address Bubbles in Pressure Gauge: Temperature changes or shaking may cause bubbles in the pressure gauge. This is normal and does not indicate a malfunction.
