The iron features a high-performance Durilium Airglide soleplate, ensuring excellent glide and scratch resistance. It provides up to 50 g/minute continuous steam output and a powerful 250 g/minute steam boost for stubborn creases.

- Clean the soleplate with a soft cloth to remove any manufacturing residues.

- For optimal performance and to prolong the life of your iron, it is recommended to use tap water. If your tap water is very hard, mix it with an equal amount of distilled water. Do not use 100% distilled water or scented water.

- Plug the iron into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Adjust the temperature dial according to the fabric type you are ironing. Refer to the garment's care label for recommended settings.
- Wait for the indicator light to turn off, signaling that the iron has reached the selected temperature.

For safety and energy saving, your Tefal FV 6810 Ultragliss Plus Steam Iron is equipped with an automatic shut-off feature. If left unattended in a horizontal position, the iron will turn off after a certain period. If left vertically, it will shut off after a longer period. To restart, simply move the iron.
Manutenzione e pulizia
Pulizia della piastra

Your iron is equipped with an integrated anti-calc system to reduce limescale build-up. To maintain its effectiveness, regularly perform the self-clean function (if available, otherwise general advice):
