The Qingping Digital Bluetooth Thermometer Hygrometer is designed to provide accurate, real-time temperature and humidity readings for indoor environments. Featuring an E Ink display for clear visibility from various angles, this compact device offers multiple mounting options and long battery life. It can connect to the Qingping+ app for remote data access and historical data tracking.

2. Impostazione

2.1. Installazione della batteria

The device uses one CR2430 Lithium Metal button cell battery, which is included. To install or replace the battery:

1. Individuare il coperchio del vano batteria sul retro del dispositivo.
2. Twist the cover counter-clockwise to open it.
3. Inserire la batteria CR2430 con il lato positivo (+) rivolto verso l'alto.
4. Richiudere il coperchio e ruotarlo in senso orario per fissarlo.

2.2. Opzioni di montaggio

The Qingping Thermometer Hygrometer offers versatile placement options:

• Posizionamento sul desktop: Open the back cover to an angle of 90 degrees to the body. This allows the device to stand upright on a flat surface.
• Montaggio a parete: Use the supplied wall sticker. Attach the sticker to a clean, dry wall surface, then attach the monitor to the sticker. The monitor has built-in magnets, and the wall sticker contains an iron plate for secure attachment.
• Attacco magnetico: The device has built-in magnets, allowing it to be directly attached to iron surfaces, such as a refrigerator door.

3. Istruzioni per l'uso

3.1. E Ink Display

The E Ink display provides clear, paper-like readings of temperature and humidity. It offers ultra-wide viewing angles and high contrast for easy readability from various positions in a room.

3.2. Commutazione delle unità di temperatura

To switch between Fahrenheit (°F) and Celsius (°C), press the button located on the back of the product.

3.3. App Connection and Remote Monitoring (Qingping+ App)

To access temperature and humidity data remotely, download the Qingping+ app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. A Qingping Bluetooth Gateway (sold separately) is required for remote access functionality.

3.4. Historical Data Recording

The device tracks and saves data for up to 30 days. This historical data can be viewed as graphical statistics within the Qingping+ app and can also be exported in CSV format if needed.

4. Manutenzione

4.1. Durata e sostituzione della batteria

The device features low power consumption, providing approximately 10 months of battery life in normal indoor environments. When the battery is low, a battery icon will appear on the display. Refer to Section 2.1 for battery replacement instructions.

4.2. Cura e pulizia

Per garantire letture accurate e prolungare la durata del dispositivo:

• Pulire il dispositivo con un panno morbido e asciutto. Non utilizzare detergenti abrasivi né immergere il dispositivo in acqua.
• Avoid placing the product in environments with humidity consistently higher than 90% for long-term use, as this may affect performance.

5. Risoluzione Dei Problemi

• Letture imprecise:
  • Ensure the device is placed in a stable environment, away from direct sunlight, drafts, or heat sources.
  • Allow approximately 15 minutes for the readings to stabilize after initial setup or significant environmental changes.
  • Verify the vent hole on the bottom of the product is not blocked.
• Display Issues (e.g., "188" displayed):
  • This indicates a factory reset or an error. Press and hold the button on the back of the product until the screen displays "188", then release. Wait for the product to return to correct temperature and humidity readings.
• No Data in App / Connection Issues:
  • Assicurati che il Bluetooth sia attivato sullo smartphone e che il dispositivo si trovi nel raggio d'azione.
  • For remote access, confirm that a Qingping Bluetooth Gateway is properly set up and connected.
  • Check the battery level of the device.
  • Restart the Qingping+ app and/or your smartphone.
