4. Installazione e cablaggio

4.1. Installazione fisica

Mount the VFD vertically on a stable surface, ensuring sufficient clearance for ventilation. The VFD generates heat, so proper airflow is crucial to prevent overheating. Avoid direct sunlight or areas with excessive dust or moisture.

4.2. Cablaggio elettrico

Refer to the wiring diagram below for correct electrical connections. Ensure all connections are secure and comply with local electrical codes. Use appropriate wire gauges for the VFD's power rating.

  • Potenza assorbita (R, S, T): Connect the 220V single-phase power supply to the R and S terminals. The T terminal may be left unconnected for single-phase input models.
  • Uscita motore (U, V, W): Connect the three-phase AC motor to the U, V, and W terminals.
  • Braking Resistor (P, B): If a braking resistor is used, connect it to the P and B terminals.

5. Istruzioni per l'uso

5.1. Funzioni della tastiera

The VFD features a user-friendly keypad for local control and parameter programming:

  • CORRERE: Avvia il motore.
  • ARRESTO/RESET: Arresta il motore o cancella le indicazioni di guasto.
  • PRG/ESC: Enters/exits parameter programming mode or returns to the previous menu.
  • MF.K/REV: Multi-function key, often used for reverse direction or specific functions as programmed.
  • RD/WT: Confirm key, used to save parameter settings.
  • Tasti freccia (su/giù/sinistra/destra): Used for navigating menus, incrementing/decrementing values, and shifting digits.

5.2. Funzionamento di base
