3. Adjust the Dial: Turn the dial located at the back of the helmet clockwise to tighten the internal retention system until the helmet feels snug but comfortable. Turn counter-clockwise to loosen.

To cycle through the light modes, press the power button located on the light unit (usually on the rear light). Each press will switch to the next mode:
