1. Riempimento del bollitore: Press the lid button to open the lid. Fill the kettle with fresh water, ensuring the water level is between the MIN and MAX marks inside the kettle. Close the lid securely.

3. Selezione della temperatura: The LED display will show the current water temperature. Use the + E - buttons on the control panel to cycle through the preset temperatures or adjust to your desired setting. The available presets are:

• 190°F (88°C): Tè Oolong
• 200°F (93°C): Stampa francese

4. Inizio ebollizione: Premere il tasto AVVIO/ARRESTO button to begin the heating process. The LED display will show the water temperature increasing.
5. Funzione di mantenimento del calore: After reaching the selected temperature, the kettle will automatically switch to Keep Warm mode if the TIENI AL CALDO button was pressed before starting. Manutenzione e pulizia
