Impostare

1. Disimballare: Carefully remove the daylight lamp e tutti gli accessori dalla confezione.
2. Posizionamento: Posizionare la lamp on a stable, flat surface. Adjust the rotatable stand to your desired angle. For optimal results, position the lamp approximately 15-20 cm from your face. The lamp can also be mounted on a wall using the integrated mounting holes (mounting hardware not included).
3. Connetti alimentazione: Insert the small end of the power adapter into the DC input port on the back of the lamp. Plug the other end of the adapter into a standard electrical outlet (110-240V).

The Aogled Daylight Lamp features touch controls for easy adjustment.

1. Accensione/spegnimento: Touch the power button (often integrated with the brightness or color temperature button, or a dedicated icon) to turn the lamp on. Touch it again to turn it off.
2. Regolazione della luminosità: Touch the 'T' (Brightness) button to cycle through 5 adjustable brightness levels. The lamp also supports stepless dimming by holding the button.
3. Regolazione della temperatura del colore: Touch the 'C' (Color Temperature) button to switch between 3 color temperature modes: Daylight White, Natural Light, and Warm White. The lamp offers a stepless range from 3000K to 6500K.
4. Impostazione del timer: Touch the 'B' (Timer) button to activate the timer function. Each touch will cycle through the available timer settings: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60 minutes. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate. The lamp will automatically turn off after the selected duration. To deactivate the timer, cycle through the settings until no timer indicator is lit.

For optimal benefits, use the daylight lamp for 20-60 minutes daily, preferably in the morning. Position the lamp so that the light is directed towards your eyes, but avoid staring directly into the light. Adjust brightness and color temperature to a comfortable level.
