  • Teflon Sheet Care: Replace Teflon sheets if they become creased, torn, or excessively dirty, as this can affect transfer quality.
  • Lubrificazione: Periodically apply a small amount of high-temperature grease to the pivot points and moving parts of the swing arm and pressure mechanism to ensure smooth operation.
  • Magazzinaggio: When not in use, store the heat press in a dry, dust-free environment. Keep all attachments organized and protected from damage.

6. Risoluzione Dei Problemi

  • Riscaldamento non uniforme: Ensure the pressure is evenly distributed across the platen. Check the heating element for any visible damage or cold spots.
  • Poor Transfer Quality: Verify that the correct temperature and time settings are used for your specific materials. Ensure adequate pressure is applied. Check the quality of your transfer paper and ink.
  • La macchina non si riscalda: Check the power connection and ensure the power switch is on. Verify that the temperature is set correctly on the digital control panel. If the issue persists, consult customer support.
  • Problemi di allarme: If the alarm sounds unexpectedly or fails to sound, check the timer settings. Ensure the machine is not overheating (indicated by unusually high temperature readings).
