3. Istruzioni di montaggio
Your X-PRO X12 Dirt Bike requires some assembly. Please follow these steps carefully. It is recommended to have a second person assist with certain steps.
3.1 Unboxing and Frame Disassembly
- Carefully cut the straps securing the cardboard box.
- Remove the top of the cardboard box to reveal the metal frame and packaged bike.
- Using appropriate tools (e.g., impact wrench, wrench), remove the bolts securing the metal frame components.
- Carefully remove the metal frame pieces.
- Remove all packaging materials, including bubble wrap and zip ties, from the bike components.
3.2 Front Fork and Handlebar Assembly
- Fissare il manubrio clamps to the top triple clamp. Ensure bolts are tightened securely.
- Insert the front fork tubes into the triple clamps. Ensure they are oriented correctly (left and right).
- Secure the front fork tubes by tightening the clamp bolts on both the upper and lower triple clamps.
- Attach the handlebars to the handlebar clamps. Adjust for desired angle and tighten bolts.
3.3 Front Wheel and Brake Assembly
- Attach the front brake caliper to the front fork.
- Insert the wheel axle through the front wheel hub and the fork legs. Ensure any spacers are correctly positioned.
- Secure the wheel axle with the appropriate nuts and washers.
- Ensure the brake disc is properly aligned within the caliper.
3.4 Rear Shock and Chain Guard Assembly
- Attach the rear shock absorber to its mounting points on the frame and swingarm.
- Secure the chain guard in place, ensuring it does not interfere with the chain or wheel.
3.5 Battery Connection and Air Vent Hose

- Connect the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals of the battery. Ensure connections are secure.
- Locate the air vent hose on the engine. Remove the rubber cap and insert the hose back into the air vent. This prevents oil leakage during transport and is crucial for proper engine function.

After receiving the bike, remove the rubber cap as shown in the picture and insert the hose back into the air vent. If you do not remove the rubber cap and insert the hose back into the air vent, any potential oil leak and engine damage caused by excessive internal pressure on the engine during use will not be covered by your warranty.
