1. Introduzione

The K&F Concept EF/EF-S to Sony E-Mount Electronic Lens Adapter is designed to allow Canon EF and EF-S mount lenses to be used on Sony E-mount mirrorless cameras. 4. Istruzioni per l'installazione

4.1 Attaching the Adapter to the Camera Body

1. Assicurati che la fotocamera sia spenta.
2. Remove the body cap from your Sony E-mount camera by twisting it counter-clockwise.

4.2 Attaching the Lens to the Adapter

3. Insert the lens into the adapter and rotate it clockwise until it clicks securely into place.

5.1 Autofocus and Aperture Control

Once the lens and adapter are securely mounted, the electronic contacts facilitate communication between the Canon lens and the Sony camera. This enables:

• Messa a fuoco automatica: The camera's autofocus system will operate with the attached Canon lens. The adapter supports high-speed autofocus for still photography.

• Pulizia: Use a clean, dry microfiber cloth to wipe the exterior of the adapter. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. For electronic contacts, use a clean, dry cotton swab or a specialized electronic contact cleaner.
• Magazzinaggio: When not in use, store the adapter with both front and rear caps attached in a dry, dust-free environment.

7.1 Auto Focus Issues

• Auto Focus in Video Mode: The adapter supports auto focus exclusively in photo mode. Auto focus is NOT available in video mode.
• STM Lenses: Some STM (Stepping Motor) lenses may exhibit less optimal autofocus performance due to their design, which may not fully leverage the adapter's electronic pins for precise focus in all situations.
• General Autofocus Performance: If autofocus is slow or inconsistent, ensure the lens and camera contacts are clean. Also, try switching between CDAF and PDAF modes using the C/P switch on the adapter.

7.2 Mounting Difficulties

• If a lens is difficult to mount, ensure the lens release button on the adapter is fully depressed and the lens is aligned correctly before rotating. Do not force the lens.
