- INPUT 1 & 2 (Combo Jacks): Connect microphones (XLR) or instruments/line-level sources (1/4" TRS).

Follow these steps to set up your Universal Audio Volt 4 interface:
- Connessione al computer: Use the provided USB-C to USB-A cable to connect the Volt 4 to an available USB port on your computer. If your computer has a USB-C port, you may use a USB-C to USB-C cable (not included).
- Accensione: The Volt 4 is bus-powered via USB. For optimal performance or with certain devices, connect the included 5V DC power adapter to the 5VDC input on the rear panel. Flip the POWER switch to the ON position.

- Connect Monitors/Headphones: Connect your studio monitors to the MONITOR OUTPUTS (1/L, 2/R) on the rear panel. Connect your headphones to the HP jack on the front panel.

Recording with Volt 4
Once your Volt 4 is set up and drivers are installed, you can begin recording:
- Open Your DAW: Launch your preferred Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) software (e.g., Ableton Live Lite, included with registration).
- Select Volt 4 as Audio Device: In your DAW's audio settings, select "Universal Audio Volt 4" as your input and output device.
- Arm a Track: Create a new audio track and arm it for recording. Select the corresponding input (e.g., Input 1 for your microphone).
