4. Impostazione

4.1. Misurare la finestra

Accurate measurements are crucial for proper fit and optimal blackout effect. Refer to the diagrams below to determine whether to use an Inside Mount or Outside Mount method.

4.2. Installazione della batteria

The motorized blinds are powered by 6 AA dry batteries (included). These batteries provide up to six months of use before needing replacement.

  1. Roll up the blinds completely and lay them flat on a stable surface.
  2. Unscrew the screw on the left side of the motor with a screwdriver and gently pull out the battery box. Be careful not to pull too hard to prevent loosening the power cord connector.
  3. According to the battery box tips, correctly install 6 AA dry batteries, ensuring proper polarity.
  4. Install the battery box back into the upbeam and then install the blinds.

4.3. Installazione

Choose between Inside Mount or Outside Mount based on your window measurements and desired light blocking. Secure the mounting brackets and attach the blind unit.

  1. Mark the positions for the mounting brackets based on your chosen mount type (Inside or Outside).
  2. Drill pilot holes and secure the mounting brackets with the provided screws and wall anchors.
  3. Align the motorized blind unit with the installed brackets and snap it into place until it is securely seated.
  4. Ensure the blind operates smoothly by manually adjusting it up and down once installed.

5. Istruzioni per l'uso

5.1. Controllo remoto

Your Allesin motorized blinds come with a single-channel remote control for convenient operation. The remote allows you to raise, lower, and stop the blinds at any desired position.

The remote's admin mode allows customization of travel limits and motor speed. An optional 15-channel remote (B0FHKT51RR, sold separately) is available for controlling multiple smart shades simultaneously.

5.2. App & Voice Control (Optional)

To enable smart functionality, you will need to purchase additional Smart Hub accessories:

  • USB Converter (B0BVDSX6B3, sold separately): Provides basic connectivity for single-device control via the Tuya app or Alexa.
  • Smart Bridge (B0CC22FQX6, sold separately): Supports seamless control of up to 30 motorized shades simultaneously through the Tuya app, Alexa, or Google Assistant.

Once connected, you can use the respective app or voice commands (e.g., "Alexa, close the blind") to operate your shades.

6. Manutenzione

6.1. Pulizia

The blackout fabric is made of polyester and should be spot cleaned only. Use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap and water to gently clean any soiled areas. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

6.2. Sostituzione della batteria

The motor operates on 6 AA dry batteries. Under normal daily use, these batteries can last up to six months. When the motor's performance degrades or stops responding, it's time to replace the batteries. Follow the steps outlined in Section 4.2 Battery Installation for replacement.
