4. Guida all'installazione

4.1 Connessione iniziale

1. Connect your monitor(s) to the Mini PC using HDMI or Type-C cables.
2. Collega la tastiera e il mouse alle porte USB disponibili.
3. Connect the power adapter to the DC-in port on the Mini PC and then to a power outlet.

4.2 Configurazione del sistema operativo

Upon first boot, the system will guide you through the Windows 11 Pro setup process. Follow the on-screen instructions to configure your language, region, network, and user account settings.

4.3 Storage Expansion (Optional)

The TRIGKEY Green G5 Mini PC supports adding a 2.5-inch SATA SSD for additional storage, up to 2TB.

1. Ensure the Mini PC is powered off and disconnected from the power supply.
2. Unscrew the four screws located at the bottom of the Mini PC.
3. Carefully open the back panel.
4. Align the 2.5-inch SSD with the provided slot and gently insert it.
5. Secure the SSD using the screws provided with the Mini PC.
6. Close the back panel and reinstall the bottom screws.

5. Istruzioni per l'uso

5.1 Accensione/spegnimento

• Accensione: Premere il pulsante di accensione situato sulla parte anteriore del dispositivo.
• Spegni: Use the Windows shutdown option (Start > Power > Shut down) or press and hold the power button for 5 seconds for a forced shutdown (not recommended for regular use).

5.2 Configurazione del display

The Mini PC supports up to three displays simultaneously. To configure multiple displays in Windows:

• Connect all desired monitors to the available HDMI and Type-C ports.

7. Risoluzione Dei Problemi

7.1 Nessuna visualizzazione

• Check if the monitor is powered on and correctly connected to the Mini PC.
• Assicurati che sul tuo monitor sia selezionata la sorgente di input corretta.
• Prova un cavo HDMI o Type-C diverso.

7.2 Il sistema è lento o non risponde

• Chiudere le applicazioni non necessarie in esecuzione in background.
• Check disk usage and free up space if the storage drive is nearly full.
• Assicurarsi che Windows e i driver siano aggiornati.

7.3 Problemi di connessione di rete

• For wired connections, ensure the Ethernet cable is securely plugged into both the Mini PC and the router/modem.
• For Wi-Fi, verify that Wi-Fi is enabled and you are connected to the correct network with the correct password.
