4. Installazione e assemblaggio

The EBycco EB7Pro electric bike arrives 85% pre-assembled. The following steps detail the final assembly process. For a visual guide, please refer to the installation video below.

4.1. Installazione del manubrio

  1. Remove the four screws from the handlebar stem.
  2. Place the handlebar onto the stem, ensuring proper alignment.
  3. Tighten the four screws to secure the handlebar.
  4. Tighten the screws to fix the position of the handlebar.

4.2. Installazione della ruota anteriore

  1. Remove the protective spacer from the front fork.
  2. Remove the bolts from the front wheel axle.
  3. Align the notch on the front wheel axle with the fork dropouts.
  4. Tighten the screw bolts to secure the front wheel.
  5. Connect the motor cable from the front wheel to the main bike harness.

Ensure you install the pedals correctly. The left pedal is marked with an 'L' and the right pedal with an 'R'.

  1. Identify the 'L' and 'R' pedals.
