Impostare

1. Ricarica del dispositivo: Before first use, fully charge the heating pad. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the device's charging port. Use a 5V 1A fast charging adapter (not included) for optimal charging time (approximately 2 hours).
2. Attaching the Belt: The heating pad features an adjustable elastic belt. Secure the belt around your waist, back, or abdomen, ensuring the heating surface is positioned directly over the area requiring therapy. The belt is designed to fit waistlines from 24"-63" (61-160cm).
3. Using the Extension Belt: If additional length is needed for the belt, attach the extension belt by connecting the buckle ends.

1. Accensione/spegnimento: Press and hold the power button (usually indicated by a temperature icon) for a few seconds to turn the device on or off.
2. Adjusting Heating Modes: Short press the temperature button to cycle through the 4 available heating modes (104℉, 122℉, 133℉, 149℉). The indicator lights will change to reflect the selected heat level.
