Accensione/spegnimento

1. Plug in the treadmill. The LED display will show "0000".
2. Press the power button on the remote control or the main unit to turn it on.
3. The treadmill will initiate a 3-second countdown before starting at the lowest speed (0.6 MPH).

Use the '+' button on the remote control to increase speed and the '-' button to decrease speed. The speed range is 0.6-4 MPH.
