1. Introduzione
This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Mcilpoog ES317 Fully Automatic Espresso Machine. This machine is designed to prepare a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte, using either whole coffee beans or pre-ground coffee.

2. Istruzioni di sicurezza
Quando si utilizzano apparecchi elettrici, seguire sempre le precauzioni di sicurezza di base per ridurre il rischio di incendi, scosse elettriche e lesioni alle persone.
- Leggere tutte le istruzioni prima di mettere in funzione l'apparecchio.
- Non toccare le superfici calde. Utilizzare maniglie o manopole.
- Per proteggersi da incendi, scosse elettriche e lesioni, non immergere il cavo, le spine o l'apparecchio in acqua o altri liquidi.
- È necessaria un'attenta supervisione quando un elettrodomestico viene utilizzato da bambini o nelle loro vicinanze.
- Scollegare dalla presa quando non in uso e prima di pulire. Lasciare raffreddare prima di mettere o togliere parti e prima di pulire l'apparecchio.
- Non utilizzare alcun apparecchio con un cavo o una spina danneggiati oppure dopo che l'apparecchio stesso non funziona correttamente o è stato danneggiato in qualsiasi modo.

- Collegare sempre prima la spina all'apparecchio, quindi collegare il cavo alla presa a muro. Per scollegarlo, posizionare un qualsiasi interruttore su "off", quindi rimuovere la spina dalla presa a muro.

4. Impostazione
- Disimballaggio: Rimuovere con cautela tutto il materiale di imballaggio. Assicurarsi che tutti i componenti siano presenti e integri.
- Posizionamento: Place the machine on a stable, level surface away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Riempire il serbatoio dell'acqua: Open the water tank lid and fill the 1800 ml tank with fresh, cold water. Do not exceed the maximum fill line. Ensure the water tank is properly seated.
- Aggiungere i chicchi di caffè: Open the bean hopper lid and pour whole coffee beans into the hopper. Close the lid securely.
- Connect Milk Frother: If using the milk frother, connect the milk tube to the machine's milk spout and place the other end into a container of milk.
- Ciclo di risciacquo iniziale: Before first use, perform an initial rinse cycle. Fill the water tank, place a large container under the coffee spout, and follow the on-screen prompts for the initial rinse. This primes the system and cleans internal components.

5. Istruzioni per l'uso
The Mcilpoog ES317 features an intuitive 3.5-inch TFT touchscreen display for easy operation.
- Accensione: Plug the machine into a grounded electrical outlet and press the power button. The machine will perform a brief self-check.
- Seleziona bevanda: On the touchscreen, select your desired coffee beverage from the 7 available options (e.g., Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte).
- Personalizza impostazioni: Before brewing, you can adjust various parameters such as coffee strength, coffee volume, water temperature, and milk froth volume using the touchscreen controls. Make adjustments quickly as brewing may start automatically after a few seconds.
- Fermentazione: Place a cup under the adjustable coffee spout. The machine will automatically grind beans (if selected), brew, and froth milk according to your selections.
- Uso del caffè pre-macinato: If using pre-ground coffee, open the pre-ground coffee funnel (refer to Figure 3.2) and add a single scoop of ground coffee. Select the pre-ground coffee option on the display before brewing.
- Brewing Two Cups: The machine can brew two cups simultaneously. Select the two-cup option on the display and place two cups under the spouts.

6. Manutenzione e pulizia

- Funzione di pulizia automatica: The machine is equipped with an auto-clean feature. Follow the prompts on the display for automatic cleaning cycles.

- Milk Line Cleaning: After preparing milk-based beverages, disconnect the milk tube from the milk container and place it into a cup of clean water. Run a milk system cleaning cycle (if available) or a hot water dispensing cycle to flush the milk line.
- Decalcificazione: The machine will indicate when descaling is required. Use a suitable descaling solution as per the manufacturer's instructions and follow the descaling program on the machine's display.
- Unità di infusione: The brewing unit should be removed and rinsed under running water periodically. Refer to the machine's specific instructions for removing and reinserting the brewing unit.
