4. Impostazione
4.1. Installazione della batteria
- Aprire il coperchio del vano batteria sul retro del monitor.
- Insert the specified type and number of batteries (e.g., 4 x AA batteries) according to the polarity indicators (+ and -).
- Chiudere saldamente il coperchio del vano batterie.
4.2. Attacco del polsino
- Insert the air plug of the cuff into the air jack on the side of the monitor. Ensure it is firmly connected.
- The cuff is designed for upper arm circumference between 22-42 cm. Ensure the cuff size is appropriate for your arm.

5. Istruzioni per l'uso
5.1. Prima di effettuare una misurazione
- Evitare di mangiare, bere alcolici, fumare, fare attività fisica e fare il bagno nei 30 minuti precedenti la misurazione.
- Riposare per almeno 5 minuti prima di effettuare la misurazione.
- Sedersi in una posizione comoda con la schiena appoggiata e i piedi appoggiati sul pavimento.
- Posizionare il braccio su una superficie piana in modo che il bracciale sia all'altezza del cuore.
- Ensure clothing does not restrict your arm.
5.2. Effettuare una misurazione
- Wrap the cuff firmly around your upper arm, approximately 1-2 cm above the elbow joint. The air tube should run down the center of your arm.
- Premere il tasto AVVIO/ARRESTO pulsante. Il bracciale si gonfierà automaticamente e la misurazione avrà inizio.
- Rimanere fermi e non parlare durante la misurazione.
- Una volta completata la misurazione, sullo schermo verranno visualizzati la pressione sistolica, la pressione diastolica e la frequenza cardiaca.
- Premere il tasto AVVIO/ARRESTO nuovamente il pulsante per spegnere il dispositivo, altrimenti si spegnerà automaticamente dopo un periodo di inattività.

5.3. Funzione di memoria
The device stores up to 99 measurements for two users. To review letture passate:
- Premere il tasto Memoria button (often indicated by a person icon or 'M').
- Use the user selection button (if available, often another person icon) to switch between User 1 and User 2.
- Premere il tasto Memoria button repeatedly to scroll through stored readings.
