5. Configurazione e connessione

1. Preparare la batteria: Ensure the battery terminals are clean and free of corrosion. If the battery is in a vehicle, ensure the vehicle is turned off.
2. Scegli il metodo di connessione:
   • Utilizzo della batteria Clamps: Collegare il rosso (+) clamp al terminale positivo (+) della batteria e al terminale nero (-) clamp to the negative (-) battery terminal. If connecting to a vehicle battery, connect the black (-) clamp al telaio del veicolo, lontano dalla batteria.
   • Using Fused Wiring Harness (Permanent Installation): Attach the red ring terminal to the positive (+) battery post and the black ring terminal to the negative (-) battery post. Ensure connections are secure. This harness allows for quick connection and disconnection of the charger.

3. Collegare il caricabatterie alla batteria: Plug the chosen battery connector (clamps or harness) into the charger's output port.

6. Istruzioni per l'uso

The Projecta PJ-AC015-2 is a fully automatic smart charger. Once connected to the battery and power, it will automatically detect the battery's state and initiate the appropriate charging stage.

• Ricarica Stages: Il caricabatterie utilizza un 4-stage charging process to ensure optimal battery health and charge. These stages typically include Desulphation, Bulk Charge, Absorption, and Float/Maintenance.
• Luci di segnalazione: Refer to the indicator lights on the charger for status updates. A common light sequence indicates power, charging in progress, and fully charged/maintenance mode.
• Modalità di manutenzione: Once the battery is fully charged, the charger automatically switches to a maintenance (float) mode, keeping the battery at optimal charge without overcharging. This is ideal for long-term storage.
