4. Istruzioni di montaggio
The Creality Ender 3 is designed for DIY assembly, which typically takes around 2 hours. Follow these general steps for assembly. Refer to the detailed assembly guide provided with your printer for specific instructions.
- Montaggio base: Secure the vertical frame components to the base.
- Installazione del portale: Attach the horizontal gantry (X-axis) to the vertical frames.
- Hotend and Extruder: Mount the hotend and extruder assembly onto the X-axis carriage.
- Cablaggio: Connect all motors, endstops, hotend, heated bed, and control screen to the mainboard. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Portafilamento: Install the filament holder on top of the frame.
- Alimentazione elettrica: Collegare l'alimentatore.
Nota: Pay close attention to the power supply voltage switch. Ensure it matches your local power grid (115V for North America, 230V for Europe and most other regions) before plugging in the printer.
5. Configurazione iniziale
5.1. Livellamento del letto
Proper bed leveling is crucial for successful prints. The Ender 3 features large hand-twist nuts for easier bed leveling.

Image: Illustration of the bed leveling process using the large hand-twist nuts located under the print platform.
- Heat the bed to your desired printing temperature (e.g., 60°C for PLA).
- Disable steppers from the control panel.
- Move the hotend to each of the four corners of the bed.
- Use a piece of paper between the nozzle and the bed. Adjust the leveling nuts until you feel slight resistance when moving the paper.
- Repeat for all four corners multiple times until the bed is consistently leveled.
5.2. Installazione del software
The Ender 3 is compatible with various slicing software, such as Creality Print, Cura, or PrusaSlicer. Install your preferred software on a personal computer (compatible with Windows XP and newer operating systems).
Affettare: Use the software to convert your 3D models (e.g., OBJ format) into G-code, which the printer understands.
6. Istruzioni per l'uso
6.1. Caricamento del filamento
- Posizionare la bobina del filamento sul portafilamento.
- Feed the filament through the filament sensor (if present) and into the extruder.
- Heat the hotend to the appropriate temperature for your filament (e.g., 200°C for PLA).
- Press the extruder lever and push the filament through the hotend until it extrudes smoothly from the nozzle.
6.2. Avvio di una stampa
- Salva il tuo G-code affettato file sulla scheda SD fornita.
- Inserire la scheda SD nello slot per schede SD della stampante.
- Navigate the printer's menu to "Print from SD" and select your file.
- The printer will begin heating the bed and nozzle, then start the print.
6.3. Funzione di ripresa della stampa
The Ender 3 features a resume printing function. In case of a power outage or accidental disconnection, the printer can resume the print from where it left off once power is restored.

8. Risoluzione Dei Problemi
8.1. Problemi comuni
| Problema | Possibile causa | Soluzione |
|---|---|---|
| Filamento non estruso | Clogged nozzle, tangled filament, incorrect temperature | Clean nozzle, untangle filament, check temperature settings |
| Scarsa adesione del primo strato | Unleveled bed, dirty bed, incorrect bed temperature | Re-level bed, clean bed, adjust bed temperature |
| Prints detaching from bed | Same as above, or cooling too fast | Ensure proper bed adhesion, adjust cooling settings |
| Spostamento degli strati | Loose belts, motor issues, print head hitting print | Check belt tension, inspect motors, ensure print clearance |
