Impostare

The Tymate TM2 system is designed for easy setup. All sensors are pre-labeled and paired with the monitor at the factory, eliminating the need for manual pairing before initial use. Simply turn on the monitor first, then install the sensors on your tires.

For detailed sensor pairing instructions or if you need to re-pair sensors, refer to the dedicated pairing guide video. The monitor can be placed on your dashboard using the provided anti-slip pad.

The Tymate TM2 provides real-time tire pressure and temperature readings on its vibrant color LCD display. The system supports a wide pressure range of 0 to 87 PSI and operates at 433.92MHz for robust signal transmission. It features automatic backlight adjustment for optimal visibility in various lighting conditions, including nighttime driving.

The monitor offers six distinct alarm modes: fast leak detection, high/low-pressure alerts, high-temperature warnings, and sensor low voltage/signal loss notifications. Upon pairing, the system automatically configures the current pressure as the reference point, allowing for easy setup of alarm thresholds (with an alarming range from +25% PSI to -15% PSI of Reference Pressure). The display can be manually or automatically switched between front vehicle and trailer tire information, supporting up to 10 tires.

Manutenzione

The external sensors are designed for low power consumption, operating for up to six months on a single CR1632 battery with a maximum lifespan of two years. To replace the sensor battery, use the provided tools to carefully open the sensor cover, replace the CR1632 Lithium battery (positive side facing up), ensure the sealing rubber is in good condition, and then screw the cover back on.

The monitor can be charged via its solar panel when exposed to sunlight or through its USB port when sunlight is unavailable.

• Intermittent Data Display: If data is displayed intermittently, try moving the display away from any potential interference sources. If the issue persists, a repeater (sold separately) may be needed, especially for longer trailers (total length ≥ 36ft).
• Tire Blowout/Puncture: The TPMS cannot prevent punctures caused by sharp objects or damaged tires, nor can it monitor instantaneous changes. It is designed to alert to pressure changes over time.
• Ispezione degli pneumatici: Even with TPMS installed, regular comprehensive tire inspections are recommended at least monthly. Consult a tire technician to replace faulty tires promptly.
