4. Do not blend for more than 30 seconds continuously to prevent overheating. Allow a short break between blending cycles.
5. Once the desired consistency is reached, release the "Blend" button.

Automatic Cooking and Chopping (Steam & Blend)

This feature allows for a hands-free process of steaming and then automatically blending the food.

1. Prepare ingredients as for steaming.
2. Place ingredients into the blender cup.
