3. Impostazione

3.1 Cablaggio

The indoor monitors and doorbell unit require a wired connection. The main monitor supports Wi-Fi for network connectivity to your mobile phone. Use the provided 4-core cable for connecting the doorbell to the monitor. For extending distances, RVV4/Cat5/Cat6 wires can be used, supporting distances exceeding 300ft.

6. Risoluzione Dei Problemi

Problemi comuni e soluzioni:

• Nessun video/audio dal campanello:
  - Check all wiring connections between the doorbell and the monitor. Ensure they are secure.
  - Verify the power supply to the indoor monitor is active.
  - Restart the system by disconnecting and reconnecting power.
• Il monitor non si connette al Wi-Fi:
  - Ensure your Wi-Fi router is operating on a 2.4GHz band. The system does not support 5GHz.
  - Check the Wi-Fi password entered on the monitor.

  - Check the connection between the monitor/doorbell and the electronic lock.

  - Test all three unlocking methods (IC card, app, monitor) to isolate the issue.
• Visione notturna scarsa:
  - Ensure the doorbell camera lens is clean and free from obstructions.
  - Verify there are no strong light sources directly interfering with the infrared sensor.
