4. Impostazione

4.1 Ricarica iniziale e ripristino

The device contains a built-in rechargeable battery. Upon first receipt or after a long period of disuse, the display may not show anything due to a discharged battery.

1. Plug the timer into a standard power outlet for at least 10 minuti (or up to 2 hours if completely depleted) to charge the internal battery.
2. After charging, locate the RESET (R) button on the front panel (often a small recessed button).
3. Use a pointed object (like a pen tip) to press the RESET button. The display will clear and show 00:00. This initializes the timer for programming.

4.2 Impostazione dell'ora corrente

Before setting programs, ensure the current time and day are correctly set.

2. While holding CLOCK, press the Pulsante SETTIMANA repeatedly to select the current day of the week (MO, TU, WE, TH, FR, SA, SU).

5. Release the CLOCK button. The current time and day are now set.

4.3 Commutazione 12/24 ore

To switch between 12-hour (AM/PM) and 24-hour display formats:

5. Istruzioni per l'uso

5.1 Programmazione degli orari di accensione/spegnimento

Il timer consente di impostare fino a 20 programmi di accensione/spegnimento. Ogni programma è composto da un orario di accensione e uno di spegnimento.

1. Premere il tasto Pulsante PROG once. The display will show "1 ON" and the time will flash.
2. Premere SETTIMANA to select the desired day(s) for this program. You can choose individual days, weekdays, weekends, or all 7 days.
3. Premere ORA per impostare l'ora di accensione.
4. Premere MINIMO per impostare il minuto di accensione.
5. Premere PROG di nuovo. Il display mostrerà "1 OFF" e l'ora lampeggerà.
6. Premere SETTIMANA per selezionare il/i giorno/i desiderato/i per questo programma OFF (solitamente corrispondente/i al programma ON).
7. Premere ORA to set the OFF hour.
8. Premere MINIMO to set the OFF minute.
9. Ripetere i passaggi da 1 a 8 per altri programmi (fino a 20).
10. Dopo aver impostato tutti i programmi desiderati, premere il tasto Pulsante OROLOGIO to return to the current time display.

5.2 Manual Override (MODE Button)

IL Pulsante MODE allows you to cycle through different operating states:

• SOPRA: L'apparecchio collegato è sempre acceso, ignorando tutti i programmi.
• AUTO: The timer operates according to the programmed ON/OFF times. This is the standard operating mode.
• OFF: L'apparecchio collegato è sempre spento, ignorando tutti i programmi.

Press the MODE button repeatedly to select the desired state.

5.3.1 Funzione casuale antifurto

This function randomly turns the connected appliance (e.g., a light) ON and OFF within a set period, creating the impression that someone is home, even when you are away.

1. Assicurarsi che il timer sia in Modalità AUTO.
2. Premere il tasto Tasto RANDOM (often labeled RND or integrated with another button). The "RND" indicator will appear on the display.
3. The timer will now randomly activate and deactivate the connected device based on its internal logic, within the programmed ON/OFF times.
4. To deactivate, press the RANDOM button again. The "RND" indicator will disappear.

5.3.2 Funzione conto alla rovescia

This function allows you to set a countdown timer for the appliance to turn ON or OFF after a specified duration.

• The Countdown and Random functions are not compatible. Activating one will deactivate the other.
• Refer to the specific instructions on the device's display or a dedicated button for setting the countdown duration (e.g., press MODE until "CD" appears, then use HOUR/MIN/SEC to set time).

5.3.3 Impostazione dell'ora legale

Questa funzione consente di regolare rapidamente l'ora legale.

• Premere il tasto Pulsante OROLOGIO E SUMMER TIME button (or a combination like HOUR and MIN) simultaneously. The display will show "+1h" or similar, indicating a one-hour advance.

6. Manutenzione

• Ensure the timer is unplugged from the power outlet before cleaning.

7. Risoluzione Dei Problemi

7.1 Display is blank or not working

• Causa: The internal rechargeable battery is depleted.
• Soluzione: Plug the timer into a live power outlet for at least 10 minutes (up to 2 hours for a full charge). Then, press the RESET button with a pointed object.

7.2 Programs are not executing

• Causa 1: The timer is not in AUTO mode.
• Soluzione 1: Press the MODE button until "AUTO" is displayed.
• Causa 2: Incorrect time or day setting.
• Soluzione 2: Re-check and adjust the current time and day as described in Section 4.2.
• Causa 3: Programs were not saved correctly or are conflicting.
• Soluzione 3: Review and re-enter your programs as described in Section 5.1. Ensure ON and OFF times do not overlap illogically.

7.3 Random or Countdown function not working

• Causa: Random and Countdown functions are mutually exclusive.
• Soluzione: Ensure only one of these functions is activated at a time. Activating one will deactivate the other.
