3. Configurazione e installazione

3.1 Installazione fisica

The PNI IP744 camera is designed for indoor use and can be mounted on a wall or placed on a flat surface using its adjustable stand.

1. Scegli una posizione: Selezionare una posizione interna che fornisca il desiderato viewangolo di inclinazione e si trova nel raggio di azione della tua rete Wi-Fi.
2. Montaggio (facoltativo): If wall-mounting, use the provided mounting bracket and screws to secure the camera. Ensure the camera is stable and positioned correctly.
3. Collegamento elettrico: Connect the USB cable to the camera's DC 5V port and the power adapter. Plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet. The camera will power on automatically.

3.2 Installazione dell'app e connessione iniziale

1. Scarica l'App: Cercare "Tris Home" in your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android) and download the dedicated application.
2. Creare un account: Open the Tris Home app and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new user account or log in if you already have one.
3. Aggiungi dispositivo: In the app, select the option to add a new device. Follow the prompts to connect your PNI IP744 camera to your Wi-Fi network (2.4GHz only). This typically involves scanning a QR code on the camera or entering Wi-Fi credentials.
4. Installazione della scheda MicroSD (facoltativa): If you wish to use local storage, insert a MicroSD card (up to 128GB, not included) into the designated slot on the camera before powering it on or after initial setup.

4. Utilizzo della fotocamera

4.1 Vivere View e Registrazione

Once connected, open the Tris Home app to access the live video feed from your camera. You can initiate manual recordings or capture screenshots directly from the app interface.

4.2 Rilevamento del movimento

The camera features intelligent motion detection. You can configure detection sensitivity and alert notifications within the Tris Home app. When motion is detected, the camera can send alerts to your smartphone and initiate recording.

4.3 Audio bidirezionale

Use the two-way audio feature to communicate through the camera. Tap the microphone icon in the app to speak, and the camera's built-in speaker will broadcast your voice. The integrated microphone allows you to hear audio from the camera's environment.

4.4 Visione notturna

The PNI IP744 is equipped with 2 IR LEDs and 2 white LEDs, providing clear color images at night. The camera automatically switches to night vision mode in low-light conditions, with a night vision range of up to 10 meters.

5. Manutenzione

• Pulizia: Pulisci delicatamente l'obiettivo e il corpo della fotocamera con un panno morbido e asciutto. Evita di utilizzare prodotti chimici aggressivi o detergenti abrasivi.
• Aggiornamenti del firmware: Periodically check the Tris Home app for available firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Gestione della scheda MicroSD: Regularly back up important recordings from your MicroSD card. Format the card periodically to maintain performance.

6. Risoluzione Dei Problemi

La fotocamera non si connette al Wi-Fi:

• Assicurati che la tua rete Wi-Fi sia a 2.4 GHz. La telecamera non supporta reti a 5 GHz.
• Verificare che la password Wi-Fi sia stata inserita correttamente nell'app.
• Avvicina la telecamera al router Wi-Fi per migliorare la potenza del segnale.
• Reset the camera using the reset button (refer to Image 3.3 for location) and try the setup process again.

Scarsa qualità dell'immagine:

• Assicurarsi che l'obiettivo della fotocamera sia pulito e privo di polvere o macchie.
• Controlla la velocità della tua connessione Internet. Una connessione lenta può influire sulla qualità dello streaming.
• Verificare che la telecamera riceva un'alimentazione adeguata.

Gli avvisi di rilevamento del movimento non funzionano:

• Confirm that motion detection is enabled in the Tris Home app settings.
• Regola la sensibilità del rilevamento del movimento.
• Controlla le impostazioni di notifica dell'app sul tuo smartphone per assicurarti che gli avvisi non siano bloccati.

La scheda MicroSD non registra:

• Ensure the MicroSD card is inserted correctly and is not full.
• Formattare la scheda MicroSD tramite l'app.
• Verify that recording settings (e.g., continuous recording, motion-triggered recording) are configured correctly in the app.
