1. Introduzione

3. Impostazione

1. Disimballaggio: Estrarre con cautela la macchina dall'imballaggio. Verificare che non vi siano danni dovuti al trasporto.
2. Posizionamento: Place the machine on a stable, level surface with sufficient space for operation and ventilation.
3. Collegamento elettrico: Connect the power cord to a suitable electrical outlet (USA: AC 110V 60Hz).
4. Regolazione del nastro trasportatore: L'altezza e la posizione del nastro trasportatore possono essere regolate tramite le manopole laterali per adattarsi a diverse dimensioni di sacchi.
5. Ispezione iniziale: Ensure all belts (Teflon and toothed) are correctly installed and tensioned.

4. Istruzioni per l'uso

4.1 Pannello di controllo Sopraview

The control panel features switches for Power, Heater, and Fan, along with a Speed knob and a digital Temperature Controller.

4.2 Funzionamento di base

1. Accensione: Capovolgi il ENERGIA passare in posizione ON.
2. Attiva il riscaldamento: Accendi il RISCALDATORE switch. The digital display will show the current temperature (PV) and the set temperature (SV).
3. Imposta temperatura: Utilizzare il IMPOSTATO, SPOSTARE, GIÙ, E UP buttons on the temperature controller to adjust the desired sealing temperature. The recommended temperature range is 32-572°F (0-300°C). Allow the machine to reach the set temperature before sealing.
4. Attiva ventola: Accendi il FAN switch to ensure proper cooling of the sealing mechanism.
5. Regola la velocità: Ruotare il VELOCITÀ knob to set the desired conveyor belt speed. The machine can operate at speeds up to 0-52.49 ft/min (0-16 m/min). Adjust speed based on bag material and thickness for optimal seal quality.
6. Sealing Bags: Posizionare l'estremità aperta del sacchetto sul nastro trasportatore, guidandolo verso l'area di saldatura. La macchina alimenterà e sigillerà automaticamente il sacchetto.
7. Printing/Embossing: If equipped with an embossing wheel, the machine can print numbers and dates on the seal. Ensure the embossing wheel is correctly installed and adjusted.

5. Manutenzione

• Pulizia: Regularly clean the conveyor belt and sealing area to prevent residue buildup. Use a soft, damp cloth. Ensure the machine is unplugged and cooled down before cleaning.
• Ispezione della cinghia: Periodically inspect the Teflon belts and toothed belts for wear and tear. Replace them if they show signs of damage or excessive wear. The machine includes spare belts.
• Sostituzione fusibile: If the machine loses power unexpectedly, check the fuse. An extra fuse is provided for replacement.
• Lubrificazione: Consult the VEVOR support website for specific lubrication requirements, if any.

6. Risoluzione Dei Problemi

• Poor Seal Quality:
  • Check if the temperature is set correctly for the bag material. Increase temperature for thicker films.
  • Adjust the sealing speed. Slower speeds allow more heat transfer for a stronger seal.
  • Inspect Teflon belts for damage or wear. Replace if necessary.
• La macchina non si accende:
  • Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the machine and the outlet.
  • Controllare l'interruttore di alimentazione.
  • Ispezionare e sostituire il fusibile se bruciato.
• Conveyor Belt Not Moving:
  • Check the speed knob setting.
  • Ensure the power is on and there are no obstructions.
  • Inspect toothed belts for damage.
