The HyperX QuadCast 2 refines everything that made the original such a favorite amongst gamers, streamers, and content creators around the world. All the fan-favorite features are still here: the iconic stunning lighting, the tap-to-mute sensor, 4 selectable polar patterns, 3.5mm headphone jack and included shock mount and desktop stand but now with a range of innovative additions and packaged in a new sleek, full aluminum silhouette. QuadCast 2 features upgraded 24-bit, 96kHz recording for a studio quality recording experience. It also features a redesigned detachable shock mount with improved performance and innovative spring-loaded pins, making removal easy and allowing the use of universal shock mounts. In response to our fan’s feedback, QuadCast 2 now includes a multi-function knob so you can do everything on-board without needing to alt-tab. The knob allows users to choose between microphone gain, playback volume, microphone monitoring volume, and can also switch polar patterns. The LED indicator also makes it easy to determine the current mic status without the hassle of going into the software. 3. Impostazione

Follow these steps to set up your HyperX QuadCast 2 microphone:

1. Montare il microfono: Ensure the microphone is securely attached to its removable shock mount and desktop stand. The shock mount joint is compatible with 3/8” and 5/8” threading for alternative setups.

4. Istruzioni per l'uso

Understand the various controls and features of your HyperX QuadCast 2 for optimal performance.

4.1 Tap-to-Mute Sensor

The tap-to-mute sensor is located on the top of the microphone. Simply tap the top of the microphone to instantly mute or unmute your audio. The LED indicator will change to show the microphone's mute status.

4.2 Manopola multifunzione

The multifunction knob on the front of the microphone allows for quick adjustments without needing to access software. Press the knob to cycle through different modes: microphone gain, playback volume, and microphone monitoring volume. Rotate the knob to adjust the selected setting. You can also switch polar patterns by pressing and holding the knob.

4.3 Mic Status LED Indicator

The LED indicator on the microphone's grille and top provides visual feedback on its status. It clearly shows whether the microphone is active or muted, and can display customizable lighting effects.

5. Manutenzione

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your HyperX QuadCast 2 microphone, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Adjust the microphone gain using the multifunction knob or HyperX NGENUITY software. Avoid setting the gain too high, which can cause distortion.
  • Ensure you are speaking directly into the front of the microphone (for Cardioid pattern) and at an appropriate distance (typically 6-12 inches).
  • Check the selected polar pattern to ensure it is suitable for your recording environment and sound source.
  • If using HyperX NGENUITY, ensure no audio filters are causing unintended effects.
• LED Lighting Not Working/Incorrect:
