3. Configurazione e installazione
Disimballaggio:
- Carefully remove the wine cellar from its packaging.
- Inspect the unit for any shipping damage. If damage is found, do not plug in the unit and contact your retailer immediately.
- Remove all internal packing materials, including tape and protective films.
Posizionamento:
- Place the wine cellar on a flat, stable, and level surface. Uneven surfaces can affect performance and stability.
- Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. Allow at least 4 inches (10 cm) of space at the back and sides for proper air circulation.
- Avoid placing the unit in direct sunlight or near heat sources such as ovens, radiators, or heating vents, as this can impact cooling efficiency.
- The unit is designed for freestanding installation. Do not enclose it in cabinetry without ensuring proper ventilation.

Collegamento elettrico:
- Before plugging in, allow the unit to stand upright for at least 2-4 hours to allow the refrigerant to settle.
- Connect the wine cellar to a dedicated, grounded 115 Volt AC outlet. Do not use extension cords or adapter plugs.

The wine cellar features six beechwood shelves designed to hold standard wine bottles. Ensure bottles are placed securely to prevent rolling or damage.

Controllo della temperatura:
The Caso Design 10718 features dual-zone temperature control, allowing you to set different temperatures for the upper and lower sections.
- Impostazione della temperatura: Use the up and down arrow buttons on the control panel for each zone to adjust the desired temperature. The display will show the set temperature.
- Intervallo di temperatura: The upper and lower zones can be set between 41°F (5°C) and 64°F (18°C).
- Temperature consigliate:
- Vini Rossi: 55-64°C (13-18°F)
- White Wines: 45-54°F (7-12°C)
Wi-Fi Smart Control (Caso Control App):
This wine cellar is equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing remote monitoring and control via the Caso Control App.

The interior LED lighting can be switched on or off using the light button on the control panel or via the Caso Control App.
5. Manutenzione
Cleaning the Wine Cellar:
- Scollegare l'alimentazione: Always unplug the wine cellar from the power outlet before cleaning.

Sbrinamento:
The Caso Design 10718 features manual defrost. If ice buildup occurs, unplug the unit and allow the ice to melt naturally. Place towels at the bottom to absorb water. Once defrosted, clean and dry the interior before plugging it back in.
