1. Introduzione

This manual provides essential information for the safe operation, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your iScooter iX8 Electric Scooter. 2. Informazioni sulla sicurezza

L'utilizzo di un monopattino elettrico comporta dei rischi intrinseci. Per ridurre al minimo tali rischi, attenersi sempre alle seguenti linee guida di sicurezza:

4. Configurazione e preparazione iniziale

The iScooter iX8 arrives approximately 90% pre-assembled. Follow these steps for final assembly and initial preparation:

1. Disimballaggio: Estrarre con cautela lo scooter e tutti i componenti dall'imballaggio.
2. Installazione del manubrio: Attach the handlebars to the stem. Ensure they are securely fastened using the provided screws and screwdriver.
3. Apertura dello scooter: Locate the folding mechanism (usually a latch or lever near the base of the steering column). Release it and carefully raise the steering column until it locks into place. Ensure it is fully locked before use.
4. Regolazione dell'altezza del manubrio: The handlebars are adjustable. Loosen the quick-release clamp on the steering column, adjust to a comfortable height, and then securely tighten the clamp.

5. Carica iniziale della batteria: Before your first ride, fully charge the battery. Connect the charger to the scooter's charging port and then to a power outlet. The charging indicator on the charger will change color (e.g., red to green) when fully charged. New batteries typically reach optimal range after the second full charge cycle.

To power on the scooter, press and hold the power button on the Smart LCD screen. Press and hold again to power off. The display shows speed, battery level, and other riding information.

5.2 Speed Modes and Dual Motor Control

The iX8 features dual 1200W motors and multiple speed settings. You can switch between single and dual-drive modes. Speed options range up to 61 km/h in dual-drive mode. Use the control keyboard to select your desired speed mode (e.g., ECO, RACE, SPORT) and motor configuration.

5.3 Sistema frenante

The scooter is equipped with dual disc brakes and electronic cut-off brakes for reliable stopping power. Always apply brakes smoothly and gradually to avoid sudden stops, especially at higher speeds or on uneven terrain.

5.5 Meccanismo di piegatura

For storage and transport, the iX8 features a quick folding mechanism. To fold, ensure the scooter is powered off. Locate the folding latch/lever on the steering column, release it, and carefully fold the column down towards the deck until it locks into its folded position. Reverse the process to unfold.

6. Manutenzione

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your iX8 scooter:
