Impostare

To begin using your Chipolo Point devices, ensure your Android device is running Android 9 or later and has Google Play Services installed.

  1. Activate the Chipolo:
    • For Chipolo ONE Point: Press the button on the device once.
    • For Chipolo CARD Point: The device is typically active out of the box. If not, ensure it is not in a power-saving state.
  2. Abilita Bluetooth: On your Android smartphone or tablet, ensure Bluetooth is turned on.

When your Chipolo is out of Bluetooth range, the Find My Device network can help you locate it. Millions of Android devices worldwide contribute to this network, anonymously reporting the location of nearby Chipolo devices.

3. Pinpoint Location with Distance Meter

4. Mark as Lost

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Chipolo Point devices.

Battery Replacement (Chipolo ONE Point)

The Chipolo ONE Point uses a replaceable CR2032 coin battery, which typically lasts up to one year. The Find My Device app may indicate low battery status.

  1. Locate the small groove on the side of the Chipolo ONE Point.
  2. Using a thin tool (e.g., a fingernail or a small flathead screwdriver), gently pry open the device along the groove.
