Impostare

1. Carica del dispositivo

The SUPVAN E11 Label Maker is equipped with a built-in rechargeable battery. Before initial use, it is recommended to fully charge the device.

Connect the provided USB charging cable to the label maker and a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.

2. Caricamento del nastro per etichette

The SUPVAN E11 uses thermal label paper, eliminating the need for ink or toner.

Aprire il coperchio del vano etichette sul lato del dispositivo.
Insert a roll of SUPVAN label tape into the compartment, ensuring the tape feeds out correctly.
Close the compartment cover securely. The device features smart RFID auto-detection to recognize the label size automatically.

Istruzioni per l'uso

1. Accensione/Spegnimento

Per accendere, tenere premuto il pulsante di accensione (⑂) finché lo schermo non si illumina.
Per spegnere, tenere premuto nuovamente il pulsante di accensione finché lo schermo non si spegne.

2. Modalità di stampa

The SUPVAN E11 Label Maker offers two primary methods for creating and printing labels:

a. Keyboard for Fast Printing

The integrated QWERTY keyboard allows for quick and direct text input.

Type your desired text using the keyboard.
Use the navigation keys to move the cursor and the "Set" button for options.
Press "Enter" to confirm text or settings.
Press the print button (⎙) to print the label.

b. App for Creativity (Bluetooth Connection)

For more advanced label design, connect the label maker to your smartphone via Bluetooth and use the dedicated SUPVAN app.

Download the official SUPVAN app from your device's app store.
Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and the label maker.
Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair with your E11 device.
Within the app, you can access over 40 fonts, 450 icons, and 50 frames to customize your labels.
Design your label and send the print command from the app.

3. Label Types and Features

The E11 supports various label styles and features smart recognition for efficient printing.

Continuous Label Rolls: Ideal for custom lengths, including the transparent and white rolls provided.

Manutenzione

1. Pulizia della testina di stampa

Per garantire una qualità di stampa ottimale, pulire periodicamente la testina di stampa termica.

Turn off the label maker and disconnect it from any power source.
Aprire lo scomparto delle etichette.
Pulire delicatamente la testina di stampa con un panno morbido e privo di lanugine.amparricchito con alcol isopropilico.
Lasciare asciugare completamente la testina di stampa prima di chiudere il vano e accendere il dispositivo.

2. Storing Label Tape

Store unused label tape rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality and adhesive properties.

Risoluzione dei problemi

Problema	Possibile causa	Soluzione
Il dispositivo non si accende.	Batteria scarica o scarica.	Connect the device to a power source using the USB cable and charge it fully.
Poor print quality (faded, missing lines).	Dirty print head or incorrect label tape.	Clean the print head as described in the Maintenance section. Ensure you are using genuine SUPVAN thermal label tape.
Label tape not feeding correctly.	Tape improperly loaded or compartment not closed.	Re-open the label compartment and ensure the tape roll is seated correctly and the tape feeds smoothly. Close the cover firmly.
Impossibile connettersi all'app tramite Bluetooth.	Il Bluetooth è disattivato o il dispositivo non è rilevabile.	Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both the label maker and your smartphone. Restart both devices and try pairing again. Make sure the app has Bluetooth permissions.
Excessive margin on labels.	Incorrect settings or non-SUPVAN tape.	The E11 is designed for minimal margins (0.2 inches). Ensure you are using SUPVAN label tape for optimal results. Check app settings for any margin adjustments if applicable.
