This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your AMZCHEF Double Induction Cooktop. This 1800W, 2-burner cooktop is ETL Certified and features 18 power levels (100W-1800W), 20 temperature levels (100°F-465°F), a 10-hour timer, safety lock, and independent control for each burner. - Ensure the cooktop is placed on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface.

- Disimballaggio: Carefully remove the cooktop from its packaging. Inspect for any damage.
- Posizionamento: Place the cooktop on a dry, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit. Do not place it near heat sources or flammable materials.

Funzionamento di base
- Accensione: Place induction-compatible cookware on the desired burner. Press the "ON/OFF" button for that burner. The display will show "P" or a temperature.
- Seleziona modalità: The cooktop typically defaults to Power mode. To switch between Power (W) and Temperature (°F) modes, press the "Power/Temp" button.
- Regola impostazioni: Use the "Increase" (up arrow) and "Decrease" (down arrow) buttons to adjust the power level (P1-P18) or temperature (100°F-465°F).
- Spegni: Press the "ON/OFF" button for the specific burner to turn it off. The display may show "H" indicating residual heat.

- While a burner is active, press the "Timer" button.
- Use the "Increase" and "Decrease" buttons to set the desired cooking time, up to 10 hours.
- The timer will count down, and the burner will automatically shut off when the time expires.
Blocco di sicurezza
- To activate the safety lock, press the "Lock" button. This will prevent accidental changes to settings.
- To deactivate, press and hold the "Lock" button again until it unlocks.

This cooktop features a power-sharing function to manage the total 1800W output. When both burners are in use, the total power is distributed. If one burner is set to a high power level (e.g., P14-P18), the other burner's maximum available power will be reduced or it may not operate. For optimal performance when using both burners simultaneously, ensure neither burner exceeds power level P13.

Manutenzione
