5. Istruzioni per l'uso

5.1 Utilizzo come deambulatore

  • Ensure the backrest is positioned for walker use (facing forward).
  • Stand behind the rollator, holding both handles firmly.
  • Spingere il deambulatore in avanti per un breve tratto, quindi fare un passo avanti con un piede, seguito dall'altro. Mantenere un ritmo costante.
  • Keep your body upright and centered between the handles for stability.

5.2 Using as a Transport Chair

  • Inserire i freni di stazionamento.
  • Rotate the backrest to face the rear, allowing the user to sit comfortably.
  • Lower the footrests for the user's feet.
  • The user should sit on the seat with their back against the backrest and feet on the footrests.
  • A caregiver can then push the chair using the handles. Ensure the brakes are disengaged before moving.

5.3 Funzionamento del freno

  • To Slow Down: Gently pull the brake levers upwards towards the handles. Release to resume normal movement.
  • To Lock Wheels (Parking Brake): Push the brake levers downwards until they click into the locked position. This will prevent the rollator from moving. Always engage the parking brake when sitting or when the rollator is stationary.
  • Per rilasciare il freno di stazionamento: Tirare le leve dei freni verso l'alto finché non si sbloccano dalla posizione di blocco.
