3. Impostazione

Disimballaggio:

1. Estrarre con cautela il deumidificatore dalla confezione.
2. Rimuovere tutto il materiale di imballaggio, compresi eventuali nastri adesivi o pellicole protettive.

Posizionamento:

• Place the dehumidifier in a room where humidity control is desired.
• Ensure the unit is placed on a firm, level surface that can support its weight when the water tank is full.
• For optimal performance, ensure there is at least 8 inches (20 cm) of space on all sides of the unit to allow for proper air circulation.

1. After placing the unit, allow it to stand upright for at least 24 hours before plugging it in. This allows the refrigerant to settle.

• Auto scongelamento: If frost builds up on the evaporator coils, the unit will automatically enter defrost mode to melt the frost. Dehumidification will resume once defrosting is complete.
• Auto Memory Restart: In case of a power interruption, the dehumidifier will automatically restart with the last used settings once power is restored.

5. Opzioni di drenaggio

The Waykar dehumidifier offers two methods for water removal: manual emptying of the water tank or continuous drainage via a hose.

Scarico manuale (serbatoio dell'acqua):

1. When the water tank is full, the unit will automatically shut off, and the "Power Full" indicator will illuminate.

4. Replace the empty water tank firmly back into the unit. Ensure it is correctly seated to resume operation.

1. Locate the continuous drain outlet on the back of the dehumidifier.

3. Connect the included 3.3 ft drain hose to the outlet. Ensure the connection is secure and the drain valve is fully tightened to prevent leaks.
4. Route the hose to a suitable drain (e.g., floor drain, large bucket) ensuring it is sloped downwards to allow gravity to drain the water. Do not allow the hose to kink or be elevated above the drain outlet.
5. The unit will now continuously drain water, bypassing the internal tank.

6. Manutenzione

Una manutenzione regolare garantisce prestazioni ottimali e prolunga la durata del deumidificatore.

Pulizia del filtro dell'aria:

The reusable and washable air filter should be cleaned every two weeks or more frequently depending on usage and air quality.

1. Scollegare il deumidificatore dalla presa di corrente.
2. Rimuovere il filtro dell'aria dal retro dell'unità.
3. Risciacquare il filtro sotto l'acqua corrente del rubinetto (non acqua calda) oppure utilizzare un aspirapolvere per rimuovere polvere e detriti.
