Take the earbuds out of the charging case to automatically enter pairing mode. Open your phone's Bluetooth settings, search for the device name (e.g., Y01 or TWS-F), and select it to connect.
If connection issues occur, try placing the earbuds back into the charging case, then long-press the touch control area for about 5-10 seconds until the LED indicators blink, or follow the specific reset instructions in your model's manual.
Put both earbuds back into the charging case to disconnect them. Take them out simultaneously to allow them to re-sync with each other before connecting to your phone.
