4. Impostazione
- Disimballaggio: Carefully remove the machine from its packaging and inspect for any damage.
- Posizionamento: Place the machine on a stable, heat-resistant surface in a well-ventilated area.
- Collegamento elettrico: Connect the power cord to the machine's power input and then to a suitable electrical outlet (refer to specifications for voltage requirements). Ensure the power switch is in the OFF position before plugging in.
- Air Compressor Connection (if required): If your model does not have a built-in vacuum pump, connect an external air compressor to the inlet pipe on the machine. Ensure the air compressor is capable of providing the required pressure (0.05-0.65MPa).
- Accensione iniziale: Flip the power switch to the ON position. The LCD screen should light up.

5. Istruzioni per l'uso
5.1. Impostazione della temperatura e del tempo
- Accensione: Accendere la macchina utilizzando l'interruttore di alimentazione.
- Imposta temperatura: Premere il tasto MODALITÀ button once to enter temperature setting mode. Use the PIÙ (+) E MENO (-) buttons to adjust the desired temperature (e.g., 180°C).
- Imposta ora: Premere il tasto MODALITÀ button again to enter time setting mode. Use the PIÙ (+) E MENO (-) buttons to adjust the desired time (e.g., 60 seconds).
- Esci dall'impostazione: Premere il tasto MODALITÀ una terza volta per uscire dalla modalità di impostazione. La macchina inizierà a riscaldarsi fino alla temperatura impostata.
5.2. Sublimation Process
- Prepare Mug: Wrap your sublimation transfer paper tightly around the mug, securing it with heat-resistant tape.
- Preriscaldare: Lasciare che la macchina raggiunga la temperatura impostata.
- Load Mug: Carefully place the prepared mug into the heating element.
- Start Press: Premere il tasto Arresto/avvio button. The pneumatic mechanism will automatically clamp the mug, and the timer will begin counting down.
- Monitorare: The machine will maintain the set temperature and pressure throughout the cycle.
- Completamento: Once the timer reaches zero, the machine will automatically release the mug. Carefully remove the hot mug using heat-resistant gloves.
- Raffreddare: Allow the mug to cool completely before removing the transfer paper.
5.3. Adjusting Pressure (Pneumatic Rate)
The ST-110 features adjustable pressure for optimal transfer results. There are two adjustment valves, one for the rate at which the mug is clamped (in) and one for the release rate (out).
- Adjust In Rate: Turn the "ENTER" valve to adjust how quickly the mug is clamped.
- Adjust Out Rate: Turn the "OUT" valve to adjust how quickly the mug is released.
- Adjust these valves incrementally and test with a spare mug until the desired speed and pressure are achieved.

6. Manutenzione
- Pulizia: Regularly wipe down the exterior of the machine with a soft, dry cloth. Ensure the machine is unplugged and cool before cleaning.
- Manutenzione del filtro dell'aria: The air filter (if present) should be cleaned regularly to ensure proper pneumatic function.
- Take out the air filter from the machine.
- Versare l'acqua raccolta.
- Clean it regularly to improve equipment lifespan.
- Magazzinaggio: Conservare la macchina in un ambiente asciutto e privo di polvere quando non viene utilizzata.

7. Risoluzione Dei Problemi
Common Issue: Inflating pump is working, but air cylinder is not going forward.
Possibile causa: The solenoid valve may be stuck due to frequent pressing of the STOP button or lack of regular cleaning.
Soluzioni:
- Soluzione 1:
- Unscrew the solenoid valve.
- Take out the air cylinder (as shown in the diagram).
- Push the air cylinder forward and backward 10 times by hand.
- Reinstall the air cylinder and solenoid valve.
- Soluzione 2:
- Connect an air compressor.
- Unscrew the solenoid valve.
- Use the external air pressure to make the solenoid valve move forward and backward.
