3.1 Schemi elettrici

Ensure all wiring is correctly standardized according to the required control function. Always verify wiring before applying power. Do not operate or connect the system while live. The manufacturer is not responsible for adverse consequences from non-standard operation.

3.1.1 2-Channel Receiver Module Wiring

The 2-channel module features an output interface with NO1, COM1, NC1 for the first relay and NO2, COM2, NC2 for the second relay. It also includes a 433M Superheterodyne receiver module, a relay status light (red), a code indicator (blue), and a mode selection jumper.

  • V+: Positive pole of power supply, DC 12V/5V
  • V-: Negative pole of power supply, GND
  • NC: Estremità del relè normalmente chiusa
  • COMUNICAZIONE: Common end of relay
  • NO: Normally open end of relay

3.1.2 1-Channel Receiver Module Wiring

The 1-channel module also has V+ (Positive pole of power supply, DC 12V/5V), V- (Negative pole of power supply, GND), NC (Normally closed end of relay), COM (Common end of relay), and NO (Normally open end of relay).

4. Modalità operative

The receiver module supports three operating modes, selectable via a jumper on the board (refer to Figure 6 for jumper location):

  • Modalità autobloccante: Short connect 2 rows of needles on the left side. In this mode, pressing a remote control key will activate the corresponding relay, and pressing the same key again will deactivate it.
  • Modalità di interblocco: Short connect 2 rows of needles on the right side. In this mode, pressing remote control button A will activate relay 1 and deactivate any other active relays. Pressing button B will activate relay 2 and deactivate relay 1. (For 2-channel modules, the 2-key remote control can only control positive and negative rotation. If you need to stop the function, you need a remote control with more than 3 keys.)
  • Modalità di avanzamento lento: Unplugged jumping cap (no jumper). In this mode, the relay will activate only while the remote control key is pressed and will deactivate upon release.

4.1 Code Learning and Clearing

To pair a remote control with the receiver module or clear existing codes:

4.1.1 Learning a Remote Control

  1. Turn on the power supply to the module.
  2. Long press the code button on the module for more than 5 seconds.
  3. The indicator light (red) will turn on, then start flashing.
  4. While the indicator is flashing, press the desired button on your remote control.
  5. The indicator light will flicker and then go out, indicating that the remote control code has been successfully stored in the module.

4.1.2 Clearing All Remote Control Codes

  1. Turn on the power supply to the module.
  2. Long press the code button on the module for more than 5 seconds.
  3. The indicator light will turn on. Continue pressing the button for another 10 seconds.
  4. After this operation, all flashing lights will extinguish, indicating that all learned remote control codes have been cleared from the module. The module will no longer respond to previously paired remotes.

5. Manutenzione

5.1 Sostituzione della batteria del telecomando

The black AB key remote control uses a 23A 12V alkaline battery (also known as 23AE12V). If the remote control distance significantly drops, it is likely due to insufficient battery voltage. Replace the battery promptly.

Per sostituire la batteria, aprire con cautela il telecomando casing. Ensure correct polarity when inserting the new battery.

5.2 Cura generale

  • Keep the receiver module and remote controls dry and away from moisture.
  • Evitare di esporre i dispositivi a temperature estreme.
  • Pulire i dispositivi con un panno morbido e asciutto. Non utilizzare prodotti chimici o solventi aggressivi.

6. Risoluzione Dei Problemi

If you encounter issues with your wireless remote control switch, consider the following:

  • Il telecomando non risponde:
    1. Assicurarsi che il modulo ricevitore sia acceso.
    2. Check if the remote control battery needs replacement (refer to Section 5.1).
    3. Verify that the remote control is properly paired with the module. If unsure, clear existing codes and re-learn the remote (refer to Section 4.1).
    4. Ensure there are no strong interference sources or metal shielding environments between the remote and the receiver, as these can reduce reception sensitivity.
  • Incorrect Operation Mode:
    1. Verify the mode selection jumper setting on the receiver module (Self-locking, Interlock, or Inching) matches your desired operation (refer to Section 4).
  • Reduced Remote Control Distance:
    1. Replace the remote control battery if its voltage è insufficiente.
    2. Ensure the receiver module is installed at a higher position and away from obstructions to maximize signal range.
    3. Avoid installing the switch in a metal box, which can shield wireless signals.
    4. Minimize interference from other signals in the environment.
  • Problemi di cablaggio:
    1. Always turn off the power before checking or modifying wiring.
    2. Double-check all connections against the wiring diagrams (Figures 7, 8, 9) to ensure they are correct and secure.

6.1 Note importanti sulla sicurezza

  • Do not use the product improperly; serious damage to the product and potential safety hazards may result.
  • Never perform wiring or connection operations while the power supply is active. Always turn off power, complete wiring, and then test for correct electrified use.

7. Garanzia e supporto

For any issues not covered in this manual or for technical support, please contact your retailer or the manufacturer directly. Keep your purchase receipt for warranty claims.

The manufacturer provides a standard warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external factors.

8. Suggerimenti per l'utente

  • For optimal remote control range, ensure the receiver module's antenna is unobstructed and positioned as high as possible.
  • When setting up multiple modules, clear codes on each module before pairing to prevent accidental cross-pairing.
  • Consider using the "inching" mode for applications requiring momentary contact, such as garage door openers or electric strikes.
