6. Impostazione
6.2 Preparing for Contact Measurement
- Select the appropriate contact adapter (cone for concave surfaces, funnel for convex surfaces, or surface speed wheel for linear velocity).
- Gently push the chosen adapter onto the measurement shaft at the top of the tachometer until it is firmly seated.
6.3 Preparing for Non-Contact Measurement
- Ensure no contact adapter is attached to the measurement shaft.
- Apply a small piece of reflective tape to the rotating object whose speed you wish to measure. Ensure the tape is clean and securely adhered.
- Position the reflective tape so that it passes through the laser beam's path during rotation.
7. Istruzioni per l'uso
7.1 Accensione/Spegnimento
The device powers on automatically when the MEAS button is pressed. It will power off automatically after a period of inactivity to conserve battery life.
7.2 Selezione della modalità di misurazione
Premere il tasto MODALITÀ button repeatedly to cycle through the available measurement functions:
- Rotational Speed (RPM) - Contact
- Rotational Speed (RPM) - Non-Contact
- Counting (REV)
- Frequenza (Hz)
- Surface Velocity (m/min, ft/min, in/min) - Contact (requires surface speed wheel)
- Length (m, ft, in) - Contact (requires surface speed wheel)
7.3 Esecuzione delle misurazioni
- For Non-Contact (Photoelectric) Measurement:
- Ensure the tachometer is in a non-contact RPM mode.
- Point the laser beam at the reflective tape on the rotating object.
- Premere e tenere premuto il tasto MISURA button. The LCD will display the RPM reading.
- Rilasciare il MISURA button to stop measuring.
- For Contact Measurement:
- Attach the appropriate contact adapter.
- Ensure the tachometer is in a contact RPM, linear velocity, or counting mode.
- Gently press the contact adapter against the center of the rotating shaft or surface.
- Premere e tenere premuto il tasto MISURA button. The LCD will display the reading.
- Rilasciare il MISURA button to stop measuring.
7.4 Data Storage and Recall (MEM Function)
The HT-522 can store 30 sets of data, including 10 maximum, 10 minimum, and 10 instantaneous values.
- Dopo una misurazione, premere il tasto MEM button to cycle through the stored MAX, MIN, and LAST (instantaneous) readings.
- The display will indicate which type of data is being shown (e.g., 'MAX', 'MIN').
7.5 Retroilluminazione
Press the backlight button (sun icon) to turn the LCD backlight on or off for improved visibility in low-light conditions.
8. Manutenzione
- Pulizia: Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Keep the photoelectric sensor lens clean and free of dust.
- Sostituzione della batteria: Per garantire letture accurate, sostituire la batteria da 9 V quando sul display compare l'indicatore di batteria scarica.
- Magazzinaggio: When not in use for extended periods, remove the battery and store the tachometer in its protective case in a cool, dry place.
- Contact Adapters: Clean contact adapters after use, especially if they come into contact with grease or dirt.
9. Risoluzione Dei Problemi
| Problema | Possibile causa | Soluzione |
|---|---|---|
| Nessun display o display debole | Batteria scarica o scarica; Installazione errata della batteria | Replace the 9V battery; Check battery polarity |
| Inaccurate readings (non-contact) | Reflective tape not properly applied; Measuring distance too far/close; Sensor lens dirty; Ambient light interference | Reapply tape securely; Adjust measuring distance (50-600mm); Clean sensor lens; Reduce strong ambient light |
| Inaccurate readings (contact) | Contact adapter not firmly attached; Adapter not centered on shaft; Slippage | Ensure adapter is secure; Center adapter carefully; Apply firm, steady pressure |
| Il dispositivo non risponde | Battery issue; Device malfunction | Replace battery; If problem persists, contact support |
10. Suggerimenti per l'utente
- For non-contact measurements, ensure the reflective tape covers a sufficient area and is free from wrinkles or damage for consistent readings.
- When measuring linear velocity with the wheel adapter, ensure the wheel is perpendicular to the surface and rolls smoothly without slipping.
- Utilize the data storage (MEM) function to record and review maximum, minimum, and instantaneous values, which can be helpful for analyzing performance over time.
- The backlight feature is particularly useful in dimly lit environments, but remember to turn it off when not needed to conserve battery.
