2. Configurazione e installazione
2.1 WS69 7-in-1 Wireless Outdoor Sensor
The WS69 outdoor sensor array integrates multiple sensors for comprehensive data collection. It includes a Thermo-hygrometer, Rain Gauge, Wind Speed Sensor, Wind Direction Sensor, Light and UV sensor, and a Solar panel.


Assemblea
- Attach the wind speed cups to the designated shaft on the outdoor sensor body.
- Attach the wind vane to its corresponding shaft on the outdoor sensor body.

The WS69 sensor is primarily powered by its built-in solar panel. For backup power, install 2 x AA 1.5V LR6 Alkaline or 2 x AA 1.5V Lithium batteries (not included) into the battery compartment. Ensure correct polarity.

Mount the outdoor sensor in an open area to ensure accurate readings for wind, rain, and sunlight. Use the provided U-bolts and metal mounting plate to secure it to a pole. Common mounting locations include roofs or garden poles.

Powering the Console
Connect the provided 5V DC Adapter to the console and plug it into a power outlet. The console will power on automatically.

Upon first power-up, the console will attempt to connect wirelessly with the WS69 outdoor sensor. Ensure the outdoor sensor is powered on and within range (up to 100m/330ft in open field). The console will display collected data once paired.
Configurazione Wi-Fi
To upload data to internet weather services and view it on the Ecowitt App, you need to configure the console's Wi-Fi settings. Follow the on-screen instructions on the console to connect it to your local Wi-Fi network. The console supports pairing with various Ecowitt consoles/gateways.

3.2 Data Upload and Remote Monitoring
The console can push sensor data to cloud weather services such as Ecowitt.net, Weather Underground (WU), and Weathercloud. Custom server data hosting is also possible if compatible.

After Wi-Fi configuration, you can view real-time data of outdoor sensors on the WSView Plus or Ecowitt App. For remote monitoring, upload data to the free Ecowitt Weather Server at www.ecowitt.net.
